Important Notes for Linerless Label Applicator

1. Use recommended or equivalent quality paper to ensure optimal print quality and print head lifespan.

2. Do not adhere the paper to the core shaft.

3. If the paper is contaminated with chemicals or oils, the affected area may fade or result in unclear print quality.

4. Avoid scratching the thermal paper surface with sharp or hard objects, as this may result in unclear printing.

5. When the temperature exceeds 70°C, the thermal layer of the paper will fade. Therefore, avoid high temperatures, high humidity, and strong light during paper use or storage.

6. The mark is measured during printing or paper feeding. If the sensor detects a mark height greater than the default setting (default is 13 mm), the printer will report a paper shortage error.
