Product Description		This self adhesive label material features a smooth semi-gloss art paper surface, suitable for general-purpose labeling and blank die-cut label production. The hot melt adhesive provides strong initial tack, reliable holding power, good peel adhesion performance and certain low-temperature resistance. It is not recommended for PVC surfaces, small diameter bottles or irregular substrates. A complete application test should be conducted under the final usage conditions before mass production.
Printing & Processing		This material is suitable for offset printing, gravure printing and flexographic printing. It is recommended to control ink viscosity properly to prevent coating damage caused by excessive ink adhesion. The material provides good converting performance for rotary and flatbed die-cutting processes and is suitable for hot stamping applications. Excessive rewinding tension should be avoided to prevent adhesive overflow. Suitable for indirect contact labeling applications in industries such as food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics.
Storage & Shelf Life		Store under recommended conditions of 23 ± 2℃ temperature and 50 ± 5% relative humidity. The recommended shelf life is 12 months from the production date. Products beyond the shelf life may still be used after inspection and confirmation of performance.
