Raw Material Preparation
The raw material preparation stage is the first step in the production process of a shipping label factory, which involves obtaining and preparing the various raw materials needed to ensure smooth production and consistent product quality.
Coating
Coating is a key step in the production of shipping labels, whereby a coating or adhesive is uniformly applied to the label paper by means of a coating machine to enhance the label’s properties, such as water resistance, abrasion resistance or adhesion.
Slitting
